How to Enter:
Between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 8/31/09 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/28/09 (“Sweepstakes Period”), access www.letsfixdinner.com and follow the on-screen instructions posted, including completing the short survey. Upon completion of the survey, you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address to enter. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account and, if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user.
Three (3) Grand Prizes:
Three Grand Prize winners will be chosen from eligible entries. Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) STOUFFER'S® Family Size Entrée per week for one (1) year (to be awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons, each good for one (1) free STOUFFER'S® Family Size Entrée, up to $8.99). (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” is $467.48 per winner). No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IS $1,402.44.
Grand Prize Winner Selection:
Each Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing, from all eligible entries received, on or about 10/12/09. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via e-mail on or about 10/19/09. Please allow 8–10 weeks from winner verification to receive the prize.
Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, if feasible. By submitting an entry, winners agree to allow use of their names, likenesses and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting on this Web site), except where prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final.

Release of Liability and Publicity: All prizewinners consent to the use of their names, photographs, likenesses and limited biographical information for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor, and each of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Other Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this Sweepstakes at any time and award the prize(s) from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.
